What is the difference between the WD-UA system and the WD-UB system? The WD-UA system does not come with a faucet, as it connects to your existing faucet. In contrast, the WD-UB system includes an additional water faucet.

Can the product filter well water? No. This system is designed for Municipal Tap Water. If using well water as the source, please ensure the feed water has been through a pre-filtration system. For a solution with a pre-filtration system, please search for WD-PFK.
